What is the difference between comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC?
A comprehensive AMC covers scheduled service and most spare parts for a fixed yearly fee. A non-comprehensive AMC covers service visits and labour, while parts are charged separately when needed.
How often should a lift be serviced?
Most lifts need a preventive maintenance visit every month. Busy lifts in hospitals or commercial buildings may need more frequent checks. We set the schedule based on usage.
When should I consider lift modernisation?
Consider it if your lift breaks down often, rides roughly, uses a lot of power or needs parts that are hard to find. Lifts around 15 to 20 years old are common candidates.
