About Eldeal Engineers, Your Lift Company in Bihar

Eldeal Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a lift company in Bihar that looks after elevators and escalators for their whole working life. We supply, install, test, maintain, repair and modernise lifts for hospitals, colleges, hotels, apartments, factories and private homes. Our work is centred on Bihar and Eastern Uttar Pradesh, with projects in Delhi NCR as well.

Our story since 2017

Eldeal Engineers was founded in New Delhi in 2017. The idea was simple. Good lifts were available in India, but many building owners in smaller cities struggled to get honest advice, fair prices and dependable service after installation. Too often, a lift was sold and then forgotten.

We set out to change that. Over time, our work grew steadily in Bihar and Eastern UP. Today our corporate office is in Sasaram, and we run branches in Patna, Varanasi and Bhagalpur. Our registered office remains in New Delhi. Clients we have worked with include Narayan Medical College & Hospital and Gopal Narayan Singh University in Jamuhar, Samarpan Hospital and Samridhi Hotel & Resorts in Sasaram, Kashi Residency Hotel in Varanasi and Mountain Venture Pvt. Ltd. in Bhagalpur.

Leadership

Ramesh Kumar Pandey, CEO, leads the company's direction, client relationships and growth across the region. Mritunjay Kumar, Director, works closely with the teams on operations, project delivery and service quality. Both believe that a lift company is judged not by its brochure but by how quickly it answers the phone when a lift stops.

How we work

1. Free site survey. An engineer visits, measures the shaft, pit and headroom, checks the power supply and listens to what you need.
2. Recommendation and quote. We suggest the lift type, capacity and speed that suit your building and budget, and share a clear, itemised quote.

4. Testing and handover. We run safety and quality checks, show you how the lift works and explain what to do in an emergency.

Quality and safety approach

Every lift we supply is design-tested. We use V3F (variable-voltage, variable-frequency) drives for smooth starts and stops and better energy efficiency. Safety features include an automatic rescue device (ARD), an overload sensor with voice prompt, intercom, emergency light, light-curtain door protection and an alarm.

We also follow changes in the rules closely. IS 17900, the new Indian lift safety standard harmonised with EN 81-20 and EN 81-50, now applies to new installations according to BIS. The Uttar Pradesh Lifts and Escalators Act, 2024 and the Bihar Lift and Escalator Bill, 2024 both focus on registration, inspection and regular maintenance.
