High duty cycles
In a busy plant, the lift may run dozens of trips an hour. Motors, brakes, doors and ropes are selected for this workload, not for occasional use. The V3F drive reduces starting current and mechanical shock, which helps components last longer under constant use.
Point loads and impact
Forklifts, pallet trucks and heavy crates put concentrated loads on the car floor. We specify reinforced platforms with chequered steel plate and strong sills that can take this kind of treatment.

Key design options
- Car size: matched to pallet dimensions, trolley sizes and turning space for loading equipment.
- Loading class: hand-loaded, pallet-truck loaded, or forklift loaded, each needing a different platform strength.
- Openings: single entrance, or front and rear for straight-through material flow.
- Doors: manual collapsible gates for economy, or automatic doors for speed and safety.
- Controls: simple push buttons, or attendant-operated controls for sensitive loads.
- Speed: faster for tall buildings; slower and steadier for very heavy loads.
Safety for people and goods
Industrial lifts often carry an operator with the load. They must protect both.
- Overload sensor with voice prompt so an overloaded car will not start.
- Door interlocks and light curtain to stop movement while loading.
- Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) to bring the car to a landing during a power failure.
- Alarm, intercom and emergency light for the operator.
- Clear rated-load signs at every landing and inside the car.
We inspect the work at each stage of installation and hand over only after testing.
